1. Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the official website of Mahaccino Café. By accessing this website, browsing its content, placing an order (in-store or online), or making a payment through our website, payment gateway, or third-party platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Mahaccino Café reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.nContinued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Mahaccino Café is not currently registered for Value Added Tax (VAT); therefore, VAT is not applicable or charged on any items.

Menu items, descriptions, pricing, portion sizes, availability, nand promotions may change without prior notice. Images, graphics, and visuals displayed on the website or platforms are for illustrative purposes only.

2. Food & Beverage Policy

All food and beverages are prepared and handled in accordance with UAE Federal food laws and Abu Dhabi municipality food safety regulations.

Customers are responsible for informing staff of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements prior to placing an order. Mahaccino Café shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions where such information has not been disclosed.

Outside food or beverages are not permitted on the premises unless approved by management.

3. Allergy & Cross-Contamination Disclaimer

Our kitchen handles ingredients that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and sesame.

While reasonable precautions are taken, cross-contamination cannot be fully eliminated. Customers with severe allergies are advised to exercise discretion when ordering.

4. Online Ordering, Payment Gateway & Network Compliance

Mahaccino Café provides online ordering and payment services through its official website using approved payment gateways, including Network International, as well as thirdparty platforms.

All electronic payments are processed securely by licensed payment service providers in compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and PCI-DSS security standards. Mahaccino Café does not store, process, or have access to customers’ card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment data.

Payment confirmation is required before order processing. Orders may be declined or cancelled in the event of payment failure, suspected fraud, or technical errors.

5. Third-Party Platforms (Deliveroo, Beanz, Foodics, etc.)

Orders placed through Deliveroo, Beanz, Foodics, or similar platforms are subject to their respective terms, conditions, delivery policies, and refund rules.

Mahaccino Café is not responsible for delays, cancellations, pricing discrepancies, technical issues, courier actions, or payment disputes arising from third-party platforms.

6. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food and beverages, refunds or returns are not permitted once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or served.

For advance, catering, or bulk orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Dine-In, Seating & Customer Conduct

Seating is subject to availability and may be limited during peak hours. Mahaccino Café does not guarantee seating unless pre-arranged.

The café reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior to ensure a safe and respectful environment.

8. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Mahaccino Café respects customer privacy. Personal information collected through the website, online orders, or third-party platforms is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and customer service.
Customer data is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by UAE law or regulatory authorities.

CCTV surveillance may be in operation on the premises for security and safety purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including trademarks, logos, menus, text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Mahaccino Café and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

10. Social Media & User-Generated Content

By tagging or mentioning Mahaccino Café on social media, customers grant permission for such content to be reshared for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

11. Force Majeure

Mahaccino Café shall not be liable for service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or supply disruptions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and policies are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
